Taste Texture: Originally soya chunks have a rough and dry texture, yet after boiling their texture changes to soft and spongy when submerged in creamy gravies and soups. Soya chunks are quite bland in taste on their own but absorb the flavours and seasonings used in your favourite dishes and Indian delicacies.

Cooking Style: Simply add soya chunks to boiling water or stock and cook for 10 minutes until they are double in size.
