option 1: 
PAN FRY:
preheat a lightly greased pan and cook dal palak kebabs on medium heat for 5-6 minutes, flipping frequently.

option 2:
DEEP FRY:
preheat oil to 350°f / 176°c. deep fry dal palak kebabs for 2 minutes flipping them at regular intervals or until thoroughly cooked.

option 3:
AIR FRY:
preheat air fryer at 347°f / 175°c. place dal palak kebabs evenly on fryer basket and grease with cooking oil. bake for 4-5 minutes, flip and bake again for 4-5 minutes.

option 4:
OVEN BAKE:
place frozen dal palak kebabs on a rack in a pre-heated oven at 250°f / 121°c and cook for 12-14 minutes. flip the kebabs over mid way for even heating.
