Jamoona Fresh - 200g Fresh Sajjan Ki Phalli (Drumsticks)

Drumsticks are long, dark green pods that contain a fleshy pulp. The taste can be described as slightly bitter, combined with a slight sweetness. The fresh pods can be eaten raw as fresh vegetables. When cooked, they are slightly reminiscent of asparagus.

Storage & Use:
To extend the shelf life, there should be no moisture on the pods during storage. Drumsticks are best cut into pieces and stored cool in an airtight container. They can be added to sambars and curries, for example.
