How Will My Order Be Shipped?

We partner with both DHL and DPD for shipping. Our orders are first carefully packed in our warehouse to ensure that items cannot be broken or damaged during transit. The delivery partner is then selected based on factors like location, items, and order weight.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link and an expected arrival date. For orders with frozen or fresh items, your orders are only shipped between Monday to Thursday - this is to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition!

How Can I Track My Order?

Upon shipment, you'll receive a tracking link and number to monitor your order's progress.
