Yes, you have a 1-hour window after placing your order to request changes. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate inquiries received after this time.

Orders with numerous items or a total weight exceeding 30kg are typically shipped in multiple packages. These packages may arrive separately, but rest assured, you'll receive all items.

Orders over 39€ qualify for free shipping within Germany. For orders below this value, there's a shipping fee of 3.99€.

We partner with both DHL and DPD for shipping. Our orders are first carefully packed in our warehouse to ensure that items cannot be broken or damaged during transit. The delivery partner is then selected based on factors like location, items, and order weight.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link and an expected arrival date. For orders with frozen or fresh items, your orders are only shipped between Monday to Thursday - this is to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition!

Upon shipment, you'll receive a tracking link and number to monitor your order's progress.
